With no prior fitness needed you can turn up, get involved and have an amazingly effective 45 minute workout. All sessions are programmed by one of our amazing PT's, Lydia Mellor (just over your right there) who has over 8 years of industry experience as a personal trainer and on top of that she is trained in Pre and Postnatal qualified.

​

Sweat is perfect for busy parents after the school run, anyone new to fitness, or those who want a no-fuss, feel-good workout that delivers every time.

 

The aim is for you to progress your training and increase your fitness through carefully planned sessions, which will always keep you interested. No two classes are the same, you will always have fun, work hard and leave knowing you have seriously improved your fitness.
