One of our PT's or owners will always be on site and we're here to help you, in a class or not. You can ask us anything, the most important thing is you feel comfortable in the Chicken Shed so you can do what you need

HG3 has been open for 14 years and that makes us one of the longest standing functional fitness gyms in Harrogate. In 2011 the HG3 doors opened and our family started to grow. Our owners, Pete and Sarah wanted to create a place that anyone could come and get fit and healthy - that also meant having a space that people could unwind, talk openly and be part of a family - so the Chicken Shed was born!

We really believe the reason we're still here is because we're all about our people and we've built a family that looks out for each other not just a gym community. Friendships have been made, weddings have happened, new Mum's have met and dogs have joined us and there's always room for more family.
